Bowlsby, et al need to understand that when he gets rid of Walt Anderson and his rejects from the Big Sky, WAC, & MWC for officials, there will be far fewer controversial calls to put on the Jumbotron. Being a dentist, Anderson has picked up a couple of rejects that are dentists, specifically Novak from Colorado Springs and that HS reject from California (Dan Romero I believe), not to overlook the medical equipment finance guy from Atlanta we picked up in the last two years.

NO OTHER Power Five conference shares officials with other conferences much less conferences with attendance that would make a 2A HS in Texas blush.

Credit where credit is due - Anderson did use his pull to send perhaps our best official to do his alma mater's playoff game rather than a Big XII game of consequence.

While we are passing out accolades, let us not forget that piece of **** Donnie Duncan, who passed on a veteran SWC official for head of officiating and picked Anderson, who had not been a referee in either the SWC or Big 8. Considering Duncan's track record and why he was fired by the Big XII, draw your own conclusions.

It's not the average home crowd is capable of drawing unbiased conclusions from a replay anyway.
