Funny. I had the opposite opinion. I’m already tired of LW and think she’ll just be a flash in the pan but I relate to Jellyroll and his recovery story. And I think he’s incredibly talented.
 
Arrested several times as a teen and finally sent to prison when he was like 20 for robbery and possession. He started doing rap and mix tapes from prison and caught some breaks when he got out. Seems to be living a clean life now and is passionate about it. He devotes time to go back into prison and speak truth into inmates there.

CBS Sunday morning did a cool story on him a couple of months ago.
 
Glad he is obeying the law now. Good for him. Not sure I'd call no longer getting arrested for dealing fentanyl a "recovery"
