As you've never heard it before. Just the vocal track from Running With The Devil.

This is from the Ticket. They set it up. I can't stop laughing.

Was that supposed to make fun of Roth?

That ruled, Roth is the man.

I don't think they were making fun of DLR. Just having fun with him. Mike and Danny are in bands, so they know how sorry it was of some engineer to do that.

Without the instruments, it is hilarious.

With the instruments, it is an awesome song, though...

Yeah, the DJ laughing so that we know when we're supposed to laugh gets ooolllldddddd real fast. But then again, that's why I never listen to The Ticket when I'm in Dallas... because I'm a sports fan and they don't talk about sports.

It started off kind of funny and then you get to thinking about DLR in the recording studio and what it must be like just listening to the music waiting for your time to jump in. Then you think about how AWESOME that energy and those yelps must have been in concert on the Sunset Strip in the late '70s. Seeing those guys in a 200-400 person venue would have been the balls. DLR jumping around like a pogo stick, they hadn't hit is big yet, they are just blasting the doors off the place.

    VanHagar sucked.

    DLR Van Halen!!! [IMG]

Exactly Napoleon, those radio guys really jackass up the vocal, glad to hear it isolated.

    Lots of energy.

That "clean" version kicks serious ***.....especially with my mental version of the rest of the band wailing away.

DLR's got more cool in a single hair from his *** than the boneheads at The Ticket.

LOL that was hillarious. Roth sounded like a cross between Rick Flair and Bobcat Goldthwait.
