    If they indeed were rear-ended, it probably wasn't their fault.

    (Especially if the accident happened in the DFW area where everyone thinks 5 feet is safe following distance...)

    You need to make an exception for Frisco and Allen drivers. As long as they can see daylight between the front of their car and the car ahead they are good to go. This group also does not recognize that pedestrians have the right of way.
