I hope Coach Mensa has a Mensa back up plan for the hosing we are taking on the OL and DL. The three OL commits don't even replace the numbers we are losing. Even if we get Coburn, that makes two years and one commit on the DL. That is going to be devastating two years from now, as our DL will be a joke.
I'm glad I'm not the kind of person who looks at the country's Number 3 recruiting class on the first day players can sign and then fills my consciousness with worries of impending disaster.
LOL, I'm just worried about lineman. Need to offer every top 25 OL and DL in the country that didn't sign today.
I just don't understand how this happens. We are THE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS. We have all the pieces together, but those two spots on both sides of the ball. They would get early playing time on a team that's loaded at all the other positions for a top traditional powerhouse that's hungry to get back to the top.
Ill play. Last year 4 of the top 10 were linemen and Texas got zero. This year none of them are linemen and Texas is getting zero. But hey, everything else looks good. We just wont be able to protect the QB or pressure the QB for the next 2 years. No worries.
Read a post over on OB that said Dele is signing at 7 o'clock tonight. Since it's the internet, it must be true.
