that "race car" spelled backwards is still "race car?" Or that if you take the first letter in "eat" and put it on the back it becomes its own past tense? Or that monosyllabic isn't? Me either until yesterday; I felt I had to tell somebody.

queueing is the only word in English that has five vowels in a row. Not sure where that row is, but queueing is in it.
Misspelled is one of the 100 most frequently misspelled words in the English language. I think it appropriate that a word should thusly call attention to itself. Why meddle if you know what someone was trying to communicate? I won't go so far as Andrew Jackson and say "It's a poor man who knows but one way to spell a word."
