The wind should be interesting as the SEZ is not enclosed. Looks like 35+ yard openings between the new SEZ upper section to the east and west side upper decks.
there will be a STATE of TEXAS under the STEER HEAD at the 50 yard line....or that is what it's looking like this morning as they position the stencils.... the SEZ looks incredible....the field looks incredible.... ALL GAS, NO BRAKES!!! GO! SARK!!!
I think that is what I'm seeing on the field at of 1pm on July 12, 2021.....I could be wrong....I was wrong once, back in the '80's....
Here is what it looked like at 17:15 this afternoon: On top of being unnecessary, the "State" looks out of proportion.
Might be the angle makes for the disproportionate appearance but I’m not there so cannot tell for sure.
The Texas almost looks like a watermark at this point. Very subdued. If it stays like this I can get behind it.
Are they going back to grass? If not, who cares? Also, why does every video have to have such stupid craptastic music?
CdC has stated he prefers grass so I am not sure why the turf renew. The music plays for those half your age.

I really like the fonts for the endzone lettering and the yard line numbers. Matches up fairly well with the uniforms and looks more modern.

Probably for the benefit of us dull clods watching the game on TV. maybe they could put motivational statements on the yard lines, too. “You’ve made it to the Red Zone! Awesome!”
