Friday evening. Anybody have a specific time or know if it will be on LHN?

If you had tickets to Tennessee those tickets are now good for Drake

 

Anyone know if the transfer waiver went through. Would love to start seeing Ebo on the court.

Interesting that within the last few days Tennessee scheduled a game at Indiana for tonight, and Texas scheduled a game against Drake for Friday night. Wonder why both UT's couldn't reschedule Sunday's canceled game for either tonight or tomorrow night.

 

I was hoping we'd get that game rescheduled. Maybe Tennessee chose to travel instead to Indiana because it's only a 350 mile trip? Meanwhile we still stay home in adding Drake.

 

I knew she would come off the bench considering she just got eligible yesterday but don't expect her to stay there too long

 

Does anyone know whether the Tennessee-Texas rivalry is the longest continuous running non-conference series in D-1 women's basketball? It has to be right up there if not the longest running.

Per Coach Vic: Tennessee already scheduled the Indiana game when Texas got word they were “good to go” as far as Covid protocols go....too bad...

 

I'm thinking there may be one older. Like with La Tech and somebody. Not versed in the women's history outside of UT.

 

I'd be willing to bet it's the longest active series among two iconic programs not in the same conference.

 

I think Texas has played Tennessee 39 times so it’s up there for all-time rivalries I’m sure. Probably the most famous would be Tennessee vs UConn which started up again after several years of being dormant.

 

I think Stanford has played Tennessee 31 yrs in a row so that’s got to be up there (started in ‘88)

 

Drake is just one dude, with 5 players we should be able to beat him pretty easily....
