    I belive this is a USA (fiba) scoring record. On to finals.

    It could be a wild crowd if they play Turkey in the gold medal game.

    They will play Turkey. And I think they'll take them. It'll be an easier game than the last two.

    Balbay wouldn't be a good fit for Turkey for the same reason that Rondo didn't make the US team. If you play guard in international competition, you better be able to make jump shots and free throws.

    Don't look now, but KD is doing it again--the U.S. leads Turkey, 42-32, at the half of the FIBA World Championships, and Mr. Durant is responsible for nearly half of that score (20 points on 7-of-12 shooting and 5-of-9 behind the arc).
