They have a deal where you can get a mail-in ballot, fill it out, and deposit it on-site (a county-by-county deal). Despite county government assurances that anyone in line will get to do this, the voting officials have been shutting the line down around three every afternoon and stopping voting at 5 under the guise of no money to pay the workers. Most of the affected voters are Republicans.

They will still mail the ballot to you, but those have to be postmarked by 1900 on Tuesday.
 
NC GOP has never lead in early voting before this year. Also note that Dem daily turnout of late is lower than either GOP or IND.


 
Goal here is to get dem ballot advantage down to 360k or so by Election Day. By means of contrast, Dems goal was to reach 500k advantage. Total vote difference was 80k in 2020.

 
PA voter registration ended Monday of last week. PA mail in ballot requests ended yesterday. Note how the gap in mail in ballot requests are down 700k from 2020. Again this speaks to voter turnout and enthusiasm. Since voter registration and mail in ballot requests are now closed, the focus is shifted to mail in ballot returns. Finally, you won’t know the final results until the votes are tabulated (including the ballots on Election Day):


 
Note it is being predicted that GOP will return a higher % of their mail in ballot requests than Dems. This is unprecedented. GOP also returned more ballots than Dems yesterday for the first time ever.
