I am hoping to switch careers after 6 yrs of engineering experience. I ended up sticking w/ my current employer (Exxon) the past 6 yrs, despite wanting to switch for some time. Reason for sticking around was to gain more experience with the company and also be patient with them as well.... I'm starting to get really burned out and hoping for a change. I wouldn't mind sticking with the oil and gas but i'm very interested in product development engineering or consulting too. At this point I am open to a change in employer. I'd really like to work hard and enjoy my work elsewhere. Wanted to see if anyone could offer some advice or lend a hand, could you kindly PM me?? Thanks!!
