Expanding smoker capacity

    I needed to smoke 6 briskets, and my pit only holds four comfortably. So, I took the grill off my barrel grill, emptied out four cans of Ranch Style beans, and voila! Six brisket capacity.

    Clever indeed, but you just admitted you had 4 cans of Ranch Style Beans. The Horror.

    No, I put them in the freezer. I think there's a dip you can make with them that's pretty good - mash them up, add cheese and hot sauce. Something like that. Just in time for Bowl season, too.
