Further evidence Georgia started it

    The prevailing view among media and foreign policy heavyweights in this country is that with regards to the Georgian War this summer, Russia was the aggressor and Georgia the innocent democracy. Well, another piece of evidence against that view emerged today.

    During a parliamentary hearing in Georgia today, the former Georgian ambassador to Moscow stated he got wind of his country's plans to attack South Ossetia, ie. start the conflict.
