Internet Explorer..... This has happened before, but I would go to View, Toolbars, and check Address Bar. My address bar would come back. But, right now, it is checked and I have no bar. I can uncheck and recheck and it doesn't help. How do i get my damn address bar back?
nevermind.... i googled and found a way to fix it by deleting the WebBrowser registry key. worked like a charm.
