Ginsburg comments regarding a Trump presidency and High Court meanderings

To be fair, have we ever seen a POTUS candidate as bombastic as Trump?

Looks like RBG has now admitted her remarks were inappropriate.

So The NY Times and now RBG herself are to the right of SH. Huh.

 

Good for her. The "mea culpa" was certainly warranted. I'm sure this will transition to whether RGB should apologize to Trump. She didn't but rather admitted she should have kept her views private.

For bombastic in the pretentious, high minded definition look no farther than Obama. The most pretentious politician I know. Telling McClain "remember the election is over and I (or we) won" ranks as one of the most self centered pretentious comments I have ever heard from a professional to a colleague.

But there were certainly others who could be labeled bombastic. Now I'll admit to an unique offensiveness from Mr Trump that runs the gamut in ummmm..... shall we say guttural expressiveness.

 

I dislike plenty about Obama but he's nowhere even near Trump's league as a pompous windbag.

 

Less pompous, more windbag.
