Does it need to be fixed? Yes. In none of our 5 losses did we have a consistent and effective ground game outside of Sam. Surprisingly the one where we did best was OU, but it was only with 11 total carries. Against both LSU and ISU we didn't have a single rush from the RB position of 8+ yards.

Wescott’s articles read like a freshman’s term paper where he is forced to write about a subject he knows nothing about and reaches the 6,000 word minimum before making up his mind about what he thinks about the subject.

I need some help from someone with a better memory than me.

When Charlie brought Gilbert in to be OC I seem to recall that the defense had a lot less time on the field during practice. They got most of their coaching from film and classroom type coaching. I think that is the norm for air raid type offenses.

If this is true and Harrell is holding out for this kind of authority I think Herman is right to tell Harrell he won't have that much control over practices.

    Am I remembering this right?
