I keep seeing new listings out in Vegas which are the standard 3/2/2 1750 sqft generic crapbox construction and that is listing north of $380K. You can STILL do better than that in Austin.

Today's email began with a TWO bedroom, 2 bath and 1368 sqft in Henderson for $389K. Then we get a 3/2 1649sqft in Vegas for $425K where the other big selling point is no HOA (which I admit is worth a little premium but not THAT much).

 

Very hard to fathom. Austin is in San Francisco territory for real estate.

 

So Gruden's emails were leaked since he called the commissioner a *****? I'd like to see what other people emails around the NFL!

 

Yep. One of the reasons I don't watch the NFL.

 

Gruden will be hired by Sabin before you know it.

 

Irony would be Deion hiring him to be a coordinator at the HBCU that Sanders is head coach for...diversity hire and all that jazz...
