here's a tip - stop cramming way too many paper towels into the dispensor. You incorrectly assume this means less trips to refill the napkins, but you are wrong, you are making more work for yourself not less. The overstuffing means either (1) its impossible to pull out a towel without ripping it and those pieces end up on the floor, or (2) a giant wad of napkins comes out all at once. Those end up getting thrown away, meaning you had to come back and refill sooner. Look man, I know your job sucks, I'm just trying to help. Thanks and have a great Labor Day.
This is the same guy who goes around filling the napkin dispensers in cafes so full you have to gouge 20 of them out of the damn thing to get one you can use, and it rips into six pieces in the process. I feel your pain.
