Yelling at 10-11 year olds of various football skill levels with their parents on the same sideline as me was not my style or the best approach to get the kids to stay focused & execute. Now older kids like HIC - well, yelling at them and making 'em run laps seemed to work!

Rain, I think a lot of HIC's "form" may have been derived from that young Stevie Nicks wannabe on stage. She was the cause of a lot of "form" in the restaurant.
