Great start to game. Horns making a living in the lane

 

Missing free throws which could be a problem

 

Usually I am quite critical of Big 12 refs, but they are letting the teams play today. Good job so far by refs

Horns now getting sloppy and ttu focused making a run

 

Need to hit a couple of threes or this zone is going to kill us

 

Our O has gone stale. Lot of one-on-one. So many silly fouls.

Ttu’s motion and passing finds the good shot. They are a good passing team—seldom over dribble

 

Brown, Kai Jones, and Sims are such a talented threesome. Ttu has nothing like those guys.
Don’t know why the Horns aren’t dominating these guys.

 

Ramey’s shot selection drives me crazy.

 

Shot selection sucks.

I can’t think of one ttu player that could crack our starting lineup.

Ready to see our jr/sr leadership and Shaka figure out the last 10 minutes here

 

Why in the hell are we acting like Cunningham is our go to guy on offense?

Ttu sweeps Horns.
No tech player could start for the Horns yet they sweep.

 

Just the opposite happened. After pulling to within 3 the shot selection in our final 5 possessions was maddening. 59-68. Another loss to TTU.

 

We either need Ramey to leave or dramatically change his playing style. He's so out of control on every possession. I'm thankful for the wins where he played a huge leadership role, but the way he plays is so beyond what's expected for being under control. It's like a bad playground pickup game with jacked up shots and ill-advised passes.

 

It's okay. I hear the coach is a classy guy, so, who cares?



Man, I like Shaka Smart. Wish he could get it together.
