Horns knock off Aggies in exhibition

    Forget the score, I think it was a 5-point win, led by as much as 17 and had to hold on at the end, but nice to get a win in a pretty charged atmosphere against a team that's possibly a Sweet 16.

    Aggie has a very Good team but Mo Bamba is no joke and that block sealed the deal! I love what Shaka is doing!!!!!

    "That was all the Horns would need to escape what was a pro-A&M crowd." and there in is the problem - turning Houston back into a Texas town. East Texas is a hopeless cause, but Texas should own Houston.

    I don't think it's necessarily that bad across the board. If this had been football, the crowd would have been more even. Our basketball followers are just not particularly devout, particularly for an exhibition. That was really disappointing that the stands weren't filled.
