It's probably my favorite salsa of all time and I've done several searches for the recipe but can't find anything. Any help here?
It's my favorite too and I've tried to replicate it several times but failed miserably. I know there is a ton of cilantro in there, that's about the only thing I did right. Homemade salsa is very difficult for me, every time I make it it's not even edible, so if anyone can shed some light on that (even if it's not the Hula Hut recipe) it would be much appreciated.
Try this: 4-5 roma tomatoes (5 only if the tomatoes are small) 1/2 spanish onion 1 jalapeno 1/2 bunch cilantro - maybe 1/3 cup? 1/2 tsp salt 1 lime If you don't like the heat, take the seeds out of the jalapeno. Process the rest in a food processor until it reaches the desired consistency, or with a knife to a very fine dice. If you let it rest for 30-60 minutes the flavors will come together
