FWIW, the group I am with have a Blackberry (my brother), a G1 (myself), and an iPhone (my nephew.) The G1 was able to get on no problems, ran a bit slow at times, but always connected; the Blackberry about 65% of the times we checked and the iPhone probably only about 30% of time. Pretty interesting to see the three smartphones side-by-side. By the way, before anybody stabs me in the brain for looking at my phone during the game it was between quarters and it was for stat tracking purposes only.
