Tom did not get his tough mindset from Urban or Mack. Neither one of them can add anything to his. He sacrificed because of his love for the game and it started before Cal Lutheran, but he was at Cal Lutheran because of it. Guys like this are driven. It is called passion. Injuries and a low paying job at TLC could not deter him. And he had a lot of jobs while in college while playing football because they were non-scholorship school, I think.
