Jeff Bezos stepping down @ Amazon

    I'd expect this to be big news locally due to the impact of Amazon to the local Seattle market. This will be as big as Bill Gates stepping down at MSFT or Steve Jobs at Apple.

    From experience, the entire corporate culture at Amazon is built around Jeff Bezos. He was the driving factor from selling books to being the preeminent technology/retail leader on the web.
