I've been getting a lot of these emails lately and originally I thought it was a Nigerian Prince type of email however someone at work said they thought these were somewhat legit. They said it is basically your house becomes a shipping center for someone in China to send a bunch of crap in big shipment and then you break it down and send in individual shipments. Does anyone know anything about these? Here is a sample email:

Scam. There was a full hour show done on one of these deals, and what you'd be "shipping" is merchandise purchased with stolen credit cards.

Ask yourself, why would the Chinese need you? Or more appropriately, why would a legitimate Chinese business need you to subdivide a shipment for them?

I get at least one of these type of e-mails a day through careerbuilder. It was incredibly frustrating when I was job hunting and I'd check my e-mail and see this stupid *** **** clogging up my inbox.
