Anyone else see Låt den rätte komma in, also known as "Let the Right One In". The Swedish vampire movie? It was really good. On a side note, every male person in Sweden must be a weenie. But I did like the movie, the two youngsters were very good. The movie couldn't be made in the US, as the plot builds carefully and slowly. US producers would worry TV channels would get changed too quickly once sold to HBO or the networks.
All of the tough Swedes got sent on ships over here -- and fed their offspring on rotten fish soaked in lye. YOU WANT TO MAKE SOMETHING OF IT?! I KEEL YOU! Err... umm... Swedish horror flicks are the new trend. There's another one out there that I can't remember. Jurrah, Sverige!
