Looking to buy a few acres just south of Bryan/CS on the east side of Hwy. 6. Wondering what are the legal ramifications would be for me if i wanted to put up a few large signs that would be visible from the highway. Warning signs to let the unsuspecting motorists headed North know what's ahead. Nothing profane mind you. Let's just say a bit unflattering.
