I love how intense Herb Hand is and how he talks to, motivates and coaches the OL. Repeats his point over and over which is EXACTLY what he must do to get action from his charges & make them remember.
Says all the right things IMO - HELL, he fires ME up!!!
Cosmi is only a Soph. but is clearly a leader and very verbal. He may end up being one of our best.
