If Sark isn't THE coach I don't know who could be better He is genuine. I am impressed at his relationship with the players, He talks openly with the players about his stumbles I like his philosophy on 4 star and 5 stars. Once signing is over there is no more entitlement. No need to impress us how smart he is. He is pleased team leaders have emerged, I think the team is in good hands
