I'm left thinking they figured Manziel was going to get yards not unlike the WVU QB...and he is. But aside from the opening drive, they aren't letting aggy into the end zone. And it remains to be seen whether that bad read resulting in the INT will have a lasting effect on him in the second half...

Johnny Football was leading the SEC in rushing. Today at home with 3 min left he has 24 yards on the ground. He has completed right at 50 percent of his passes, no TDs, 3 INTs. Will aggie paint Heisman on the side of the stadium anyhow? By the way, LSU did everything possible to give them the game in the 4th quarter. FG attempts instead of field position. Dumbest penalties I've seen even in a high school game. Johnny just did a good imitation of a pin ball machine. And... LSU handed them a facemask to rub it out.
Johnny Futball -- 28 of 55 for no touchdowns and three interceptions. 50.9% completions. 16 carries for net 24 yards. 1.5 yards per carry. Be interesting to see the final penalty statistics from LSU. I'm guessing 15 or more for 100 + yards.
aggy dominated the game in the first half. They gave lsu 21 points on 3 turnovers. That was the old ball game. lsu made some good defensive adjustments at the half. Imagine that, defensive adjustments.
As a team, I don't like aggy. I like some if their coaches and players and I love their never give up mentality. One thing I'll add to that, they truly seem to be a team that plays up or down to the competition. But, you won't find me starting a post about them.
