Virtually everyone does that? Have you never been challenged to talk 60 seconds without using, uhm, like or any other "filler" word? They used to do that to us at school all the time. No one could do it.
He said uhm about every other word. I realize he was nervous, but sometimes when he talked it just didnt make sense.
I would expect me to do that. Of course I have never pitched in a World Series, AllStar game, spoken during a press conference and/or addressed crowds of tens of thousands.
