No. I checked, and there is absolutely, positively no wool on that cup. Therefore aggy has no interest in flirting with it.

Won’t Texas get more points after the track and field NC next week in Austin? Our women team will be 1st or 2nd. Maybe folks are assuming the points we likely win.

 

Alternatively it would be good win the directors cup in Palo Alto next weekend.

 

Just an absolutely incredible performance by LBJ, the starting pitching yesterday and today are why no one wanted Texas in their regional. Now Texas needs to find a rest of the pitchers win to close this out.

I wonder how conflicted aggy would be if somebody made it clear to them that if they win in Palo Alto, it means WE win the directors cup. It might flummox them so badly they choke the whole thing away, from their position in the winner's bracket.

 

Coach had Stehle and Ace warming up last night. I was getting worried, I sure hope Stehle gets his stuff together, would be a great time for him to bring it all together.

whoever is ranked higher would host IF they put in a bid to host. Is A&M ranked higher than us?

 

Why? We are both #2 regional seeds. It normally goes to the bidder with the highest $$$.

 

I don’t think that is true. They look at bid value, number of seats, and other factors to make a decision.

 

I can think of one BAMF pitcher in the college game who is from Florida.

 

And he did the same with mighty Miami's lineup.

 

And against Texas, they only scored 1 point.

I know LBJ was amazing last night but does anyone else wish he hadn’t been left in the game to throw 130 pitches? He seems to have a career beyond the college game and I would hate to see him have arm trouble down the road. No one game is worth that.

I don’t follow college pitch counts like some of you guys do so i might be totally off base but just putting my 2 cents out there.
