Let's make this short ... still recovering from the weekend:
    Jungman is a beast
We simply could not get a hit with runners in scoring position
We lack leadership at the plate, we'll miss Tucker, Torres for awhile
Relief pitching showed flashes of brilliance, then would give up a costly hit ... UNM was clutch all weekend, great team
We have to get better defensively at 3rd base ... period
    I hate
the revolving door that has already started up in the outfield ... the defensive substitutions drive me crazy
I want to see our weekend rotation with Green in there

I hope we play much better vs Stanford ... good to see them come in at #18 after a sweep of Rice. New Mexico in the polls at #19 ... great team. They will make the NCAA's this season, no doubt.

Anything less than 3-1 this week and I'll be worried already.

    Yep.

    Mediocre hitting; mediocre relief pitching.

May they improve as Augie expects they will.

I'm hoping so; I have my reservations for Okie City and Omaha.

Relief pitching is more important than most realize. 3rd base is critical. Outfielding is a must. Leadership, makes a good team great. [IMG] [IMG]

New Mexico better seeing as how they have to get through who to get there?
