Wol so there is islamic law covering women's dress/ behavior AND sanctioning punishment for not following the tenets? but you don't think it has anything to do with these honor killings? AS far as this concerning adultery/ rape. You simply are trying too hard to make a case that islamic law doesn't cover and proscibe on these issues. and that somehow it is only culturual even tho men from pakistan, turkey, palistine, egypt and iran have all participated in honor killings of a female family member in the West( germany UK Canada and USA to name some and all within the past 2 years) the UN and amnesty Int'l call them honor killings, Sadly there doesn't seem to be a ay to stop them.
