I'd say the formation of the Big XII and the resulting scheduling where Oklahoma and Nebraska no longer play each other every year has changed that rivalry. Similar to Arkansas leaving for the SEC. Younger Texas fans don't feel the same way as older ones when it comes to the Piggies. And I seriously doubt current UT players do either.
