My daughter (graduated 1 year ago) will be in NYC next week looking for a 1-3 month sublet while looking for a job. Any help? We've already hit Craigslist and the typical rental sites. Looking for any personal connections. Many thanks.
Kinda hard to find not being there but hit up some coffee shops and laundromat type places in the actual area she wants to be in. I did this in the East Village instead of having a year lease once. Many people don't want to go through the hassle of Craigslist or the bother of a broker. They want somebody maybe already in the area.
