In a word - AWESOME. Austin Land & Cattle is very good but very 'Austiny' (which is fine if that is what you want). III Forks is good but the interior is ****** (tables too crowded together, portraits on the wall look forced). Sullivan's is good but also too cramped. If you want a CLASSY steak joint with GREAT steaks, go to Perry's. It reminds me of a place you would find in NYC or CHI or HOU (like Vic & Anthony's). Really classy place w great service. And did I mention the steak is awesome? 5 stars.
Very good service and the restaurant itself is really cool. Food was good but I am not a big fan of the way they prepare their steaks(do not like the chargrill finish). I prefer Fleming's or III Forks. Definitely worth checking out..
I wonder if it's the same Perry's as the one in Clear Lake City? If so, steaks are excellent, if overpriced. Atmosphere on the pretentious side.
