Does anyone know whether any August practices are typically open to the public anymore? I seem to remember multiple preseason practices being open to the public during the first few years of Mack's tenure, but I wasn't sure if that was still the case or not. We live in Houston and I'm thinking about making a daytrip to Austin with my 6-year old son later this summer so he can watch practice, but wanted to check if that was even possible. Thanks.
Since he closed most practices he has opened the first 2 and then had a Saturday scrimmage at the end of fall practice. My guess is that the first 2 will be sometime in the August 4-7 time frame.
