Excellent back and forth game going on so far. One of SF's TDs came on an ill advised outlet toss to Malcolm Brown that the SF middle linebacker read perfectly and intercepted for a 49 yd pick six. Currently, SF has just scored and leads 31-28 with about six minutes left to play. . . . LA has a first down inside the 49er 40 with about 3:30 to play. . . . .SF defender just dropped easy interception that would have sealed the game for SF so LA is still alive,. . . . A 52 yd field goal by LA ties it with just 2:30 left in game. SF's ball. Rams have six sacks so far. Jimmy G has converted both times on third and 16 on this final drive, the last one a 46 yard completion on an out of position safety. With under a minute left, SF is inside the red zone, just getting in position for a game winning 33 yard field goal try as time expires. It's good. SF wins. Rams are eliminated from the playoff picture.
