We dont see many non schollie walkon RBs get actual playing time, but with our thin depth at RB in 2019, we might this season Still a chance for a GT RB too
Thanks, Joe. The pic mixup makes sense, but showing his hs highlights as a 2015 soph and listing him as the class of 2017 was confusing. Must have redshirted somewhere or sat out a year to be walking on here as a soph. Regardless, he looks real shifty and has good quickness, will be a welcome addition to the backfield.
And our RB depth goes from scary to approaching an acceptable level. Nice choice by JWhit and the coaching staff. Also consider: JWhit was a HS QB, and Herman likes his trick plays and Wildcat formation...
Sounds really serious. Hoping these two (Hudson and Coburn) are ok health wise. Glad the "prognosis is good" on Coburn. IMHO he's the emerging BAMF on the DL.
Tennis Coach indicted ... oh my UT men's head tennis coach on administrative leave after bribery allegations
Right and the political climate will demand retribution. USC though looks like a big hot mess. Who didn't take a bribe there?
Beatty just knocked Jeff Long down another notch. Long was once considered a potential superstar amongst ADs, and through a series of poor hires and poorer actions, he slid down the food chain to Lawrence. This is going to be such a huge embarrassment that KU will be lucky to get junior high coaches to apply for jobs. Dion, how about a Calcutta for Long's next AD job? I'm thinking NEO A&M or maybe West Texas State, although Northern Arizona is a dark horse.
After my trip to Lawrence this year I think less and less of KU. I like Beatty and this is a cowardly and long term stupid move. If we move to the BIG I hope we leave KU behind.
This is a very wise perspective for a young man. I expect his future self will be proud of the decision.
