How do you have a football season with a fifth or a fourth of a team(s) sick with the CV. Answer : you don't Or maybe if you do have a football season maybe a team like Colorado state could win the whole thing.
Did schools just start testing? Seems strange that cases are being reported within the past couple days after so long.
Have you been tested? Your kids? Considering some of the "testing centers" being "selected" by our what's in it or me politicians, do you really trust a bunch of rejects to test you?
Most of the schools just recently started letting coaches and then athletes back on campus so testing begins with their arrival.
If I can't sit in my seats, we are going to have a problem. A **** home schedule that includes USF, UTEP, WVU is less than thrilling if I am moved around the stadium. The people around me have been there for decades, and I am not afraid to not "social distance" with them. Are we going to limit access to the restrooms and concession stands? 1.15 million out of 28 million in Texas have been tested; 21 million out o some 320 million in the country have been tested. Expecting a spike? You should be, but will it be worth another shutdown? I doubt it.
