Hoff, Erxleben, Little, Franklin, perhaps the three greatest kickers of all time and all three in the SWC at the same time. I can remember A&M's punter getting hurt and they had to let Franklin punt. The football went about a mile high and about five yards down the field, but Franklin got a 50+ yard roll. By all accounts from friends in Washington County, Little was a good guy, but his career tragically ended too soon.

Yeah, it sucks for him. He's worked his entire life for this opportunity but his body is saying no. From the USC standpoint its funny. They think they are just sucking up all these elite athletes and coaches from Texas. There's a reason Keontay ended the season on the bench. There's a reason Jake virtually never saw the field. There's a reason To Orlano isn't coaching here anymore. Carrington even ended up being poison to the program in the end. Niavar is the only one I wish we had back out of everyone that landed in southern California.

So many jokes and non jokes here about the current inflows and outflows with Cali. Let's say one is greater than the other but somehow still mostly sucks. You figure it out. I'll leave it at that...and save the rest for the mall. I will say I'm rooting hard for Keontay......good folks.
Yeah, I certainly don't wish ill will on the guy because he really tried hard here. If he doesn't cough up the ball frequently and get tackled by the first guy to touch him almost every carry then I'll just chalk that up to yet another example of poor coaching under Herman.
So, who gets slammed first by the NCAA - Nebraska or Arizona State NCAA trying to flex its muscle against two lesser programs in conferences currently in limbo. Why Arizona State instead of Oregon State? Phoenix is a better airport and ahs lots of golf courses. Why Nebraska instead of Rutgers or inner city DC?
