We have been using RingCentral for my wife’s business but it is flaky and unreliable, so we’re looking for a replacement. Simple setup: two users (extensions), a couple of simple call queues that we can manage ourselves. Need a single set of shared contacts between these two extensions. Suggestions welcome — thanks.
Dion - I don't know a ton about the tech behind it, but my company has used RingCentral for several years and while there were instances of spotty service it's generally been fine especially over the last year plus. I know they entered a partnership with Avaya in the last year or two to provide Avaya Cloud Office as a new solution, and given Avaya's role as one of the big dogs in the space it might be their influence has improved things.
