    So, I've seen the LHN videos floating around, and you can tell it is a quality production. I don't think anyone is going to be able to make something similar, but...

    If public access TV can be made and stay on the air, why can't a Tech or Baylor rope in their journalism/media schools and have a student produced sports channel with their own 3rd tier rights?

    I would think something like that could be a win/win/win. Your costs are cheap, your students get experience in the field, you make some extra money from the 3rd tier rights, your fans get to watch more and support not just the athletic department but journalism/media students.
