Already notched three wins before the first major of the season. Ranked world #1! We all love Jordan, but Scottie is the one getting it done.

Scottie is another favorite golfer, he’s getting it done.

Hes on a tear. Nuts to see him take over what Spieth was doing for a couple of years.

The last time anyone used a similar title to a thread, the subject blew a big lead on the back nine. Ain't lookin great right now.

Still up 4 but here comes Rory! Probably too much for him to overtake either Scheff or Smith but still.

Damn Smith **** the bed apparently. Rory with a 64 today though is insane.

Four wins already this season, one of which being the Masters. Let me say it again, Scottie F'n Scheffler!

How classy was it for Jordan to be right there to congratulate Scottie?

Was Jordan there? I didn't see him on the coverage after Scheffler finished his round, but could easily have missed it. I was wondering if he stuck around to support Scottie.

You sure? I saw Justin Thomas but not Jordan. Not trying to be difficult, but I'd be somewhat surprised if Jordan hung around since he didn't make the cut. If he did, what a great testament to him as a friend, teammate and all around great guy.

Under extreme pressure, yes, he lost a 6 stroke lead, playing head to head against one of the most talented and experienced players, he still had an incredible season and earned $6.5M for the "monumental choke".

What is your excuse for such a bad post under NO pressure?

    No sarcasm.

Pressure? He's already won millions this season and was guaranteed millions more. Is that really pressure? Waaaaaaaa! He's supposedly the world #1. Deal with it, or I guess don't and CHOKE away a six shot lead. No excuse for my post needed or offered. I calls 'em like I sees 'em.
BTW, where were your kind and thoughtful words of support when the football team choked away a huge lead against OU last season? You know, when they were head to head against one of the most talented and experienced teams in the country. No sarcasm.

I don't feel bad for Scottie one bit. He made several million dollars today. Yeah he blew the lead but he gon be fine. McElroy has been long overdue. Can we get some Spieth JuJu going or what? Come on man!

Don't get me wrong. I don't get emotionally vested either in these guys. And my original comment to Orange Shogun was not meant to be personal.

To be fair, Scheffler may characterize it as a monumental choke as well.

Oh he choked all right but he'll be fine.

Yeah he'll be fine, and I was just pointing out that there is a lot of pressure at that level. As much as I don't really care much for Azinger, he knows what it takes to win on the PGA and says it was a pressure cooker.

    I agree, he choked...

Pressure to perform in front of your peers is greater than the money, crowd, and television audience. This tournament is really about performing in front of your peers.
