Today would have been Navy SEAL Jon Tumilson's 46th birthday. Instead, he's celebrating another birthday in heaven. He was one of the SEALs who was killed on board the helicopter, Extortion 17, when it was shot down by enemy forces in Afghanistan on 8.6.11.
