SEC FB Coaches vote for early signing period

    Vote 9-3 for it

    I love the concept of an early signing day/period in cfb.

    However, how can the SEC unilaterally vote on this w/out the rest of the BCS/NCAA schools? I'm assuming there's no way the SEC could institute this w/out the rest of cfb going along.

    I hope this picks up momentum.

    It would be great for Mack.

    BTW, I just reread the article and it DOES say they would need to get the ADs and presidents on board before taking it to the national level.

    So, if you take an "official visit" you can't commit early.

    Great.. the 2 remaining 2 star kids who don't take any official visits would be free to commit at the end of November.

    And then.. there's not much going on college football wise in November anyway is there? OH WAIT...

    Stupid idea.. bunch of hillbillies.
