I think Kevin Morgan may have kicked a sleeping dragon here. Shaggy had thousands of members all of whom now have an irreparable, negative, customer perception of Eskimo Hut. It's the clear choice of who to take this out on. Run it through whatever customer complaint model you want: an angry customer will tell 'x' number of people, cost the business 'x' number of people... consider social media and how rabid some of the posters were... there will be damage.
p.s. - Shaggy and a 6th street bar bathroom at closing time have a lot in common right now. Don't touch anything... in fact.. don't even go.
