Didn't realize he was there. Surprised Ruffin isn't already a D/C somewhere.

 

Ruffin was Linc's boss at Eastern Carolina, was at UVA when Linc called him. I assumed he would be running the defense, although I knew that Bob made his retirement conditional on Linc being made HC and the staff being retained for a year. My OU friends tell me Ruffin works the DL, and Mike runs the defense, which is really fortuitous for us.

That seems strange choice particularly mid season.

 

Bad move halfway through the season when you are just getting into conference play. Still have to see tech, the pokes, tcu and wvu. Putting a lot of pressure on the new guy I’m charge who I’m assuming will be Ruffin McNeal.

 

It's almost a fold. Setting up a big hand. I'll have to wait and see who the permanent replacement is before making a judgement.
